Welcome, and thank you for arriving here, at the beginning of something new.
I’m Gabriella Bragée – systemic change leader and coach, osteopath and equine specialist. I facilitate and speak on embodied and courageous leadership and change.

After three decades of working with the body, with leadership, and with systems – life asked me to stop.
In 2023, I experienced a spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD). That moment marked the change in my hands-on clinical work. But it began a deeper kind of healing — and a more aligned kind of work.

This is not just a pivot.
It’s a return.

I’ve worked in high-performing environments for years – as an executive leader, business owner, and holistic practitioner.
But healing cracked something open: a new rhythm, a deeper way of leading, and a call to support others through real change.

Today, I help leaders hold — in pressure, in culture, in themselves.
